My highest intention is to provide a safe and healing space for those experiencing grief and loss!
We all experience grief and loss throughout our lives, which often has a huge impact on our mental, physical, and spiritual health. Most believe grief is associated with the death of a loved one, but grief can also be experienced after any major loss.
In these difficult times, it is important to feel supported, as we navigate overwhelming emotions. poor mental health, and dis-ease in our bodies.
I have personally lived through grief many times. I truly understand how necessary it is to have someone beside you who is equipped to: witness your pain, listen deeply, and hold space for your feelings as you re-imagine what life may look like now.
Grief has no time-frame and lasts as long as love does. Grief is a normal reaction to profound loss! It is healthy to be sad! Even when our society doesn’t give us adequate space to grieve, for as long as we need to. Which can result in us feeling misunderstood, unsupported, and alone.
I am glad you have found this nurturing place to honor your grief! I provide a unique space where you are supported and held as you find healing. Knowing all of us are unique and need different support, but we all benefit from compassion and kindness.
I use a holistic approach - acknowledging the impact grief has on your whole self. Using skills gained over many years of professional and personal experience.
