My highest intention is to offer a safe, compassionate space for those experiencing grief and loss.
Grief touches every part of our lives. While it is often associated with the death of a loved one, it can also arise from many forms of loss, including changes in health, relationships, identity, or life direction. These experiences can deeply affect our mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
During times of grief, it is essential to feel supported as we move through complex emotions, emotional exhaustion and discomfort held within the body. Grief can feel isolating, especially in a world that often expects us to move on before we are ready.
I come to this work through both lived experience and many years of professional practice. I understand how important it is to have someone beside you who can listen deeply, witness your pain, and gently hold space as you begin to re imagine life after loss.
Grief has no timeline. It lasts as long as love does. It is a natural and healthy response to profound loss, even when society does not always allow space for it. When grief is not acknowledged or supported, it can leave us feeling unseen, misunderstood and alone.
I am honoured that you have found your way here. This is a nurturing space where your grief is welcomed, respected and held with care. I work holistically, acknowledging the impact grief has on your whole self, and drawing on years of experience to support your unique healing journey.

Here you are held with compassion while you gently work through overwhelming emotions and learn tools to regulate your nervous system and manage your grief in your daily life.
This space also supports you with trauma-informed care for areas such as mental health and pregnancy or infertility loss, either in person or via telehealth.
Counselling
Professional natural therapies to support your body, mind and spirit in a gentle, nurturing way. These include Reiki energy healing to balance your energy, crystal healing to support deeper emotional and physical release, and a range of soothing massage treatments such as hot stone, relaxation and Indian head massage.
You can also explore intuitive sessions like oracle/tarot readings to gain insight and calm. Each therapy is offered with warmth and care to help you feel supported in your healing journey.
