REIKI

  • 'Universal life force energy'. A non-invasive healing modality which helps to balance the human energy system and assist the body in repairing itself.

    It is natural and extremely effective in helping to maintain health, reduce stress, and prevent illness by strengthening the immune system, creating feelings ​of peace, ​security and wellbeing.

    Practitioner may either place her hands gently on your body or in your auric field.

    Clients report Reiki helps ease pain; deeply relaxes them; and often causes them to fall asleep during the treatment and wake up feeling refreshed.

CRYSTAL HEALING

  • Experience how crystals assist in amplifying your healing on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.

    Join me as I place hand-chosen crystals on your body; whilst simultaneously leading you through a guided meditation.

    Through the use of Crystal and Reiki energy you are gently guided to uncover past memories in your subconcious and heal any dis-ease these may have created. Allowing you to release emotional, mental or physical pain in your body.

    In a 60min session we use crystals to balance your chakras. If you can allow up to 2hrs we can do an Inner-Child healing or a Body Scan treatment.

HOT STONE MASSAGE

  • Hot Stone massage is a highly detoxifying type of massage; done with smooth, heated, basalt stones; a black volcanic rock that absorbs and retains heat well.

    The heat of the stones helps to relax the muscles and stimulate the circulation. This allows the toxins to come up to the surface of the skin.

RELAXATION MASSAGE

  • Massage is a natural, drug-free alternative to alleviate the pressures associated with today's demanding lifestyles.

    Massage is also a preventative therapy. Regular treatments help you to think and function more effectively and also improve your overall feelings of well-being. Treatments are extremely effective, safe and natural ​and available to anyone of any age.

  • 60 mins: $100. | 90 mins: $150.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

  • Your Indian Head Massage treatment will commence with a ritual footbath. Bathing the feet is very grounding and connects both the client and the practitioner to the earth.

    A hot towel compression is then applied to the head and then the Indian Head Massage begins.

    The treatment may be received with or without oil.

  • 50 mins: $90

ORACLE/TAROT READING

  • Tarot cards are an ancient method of foretelling events which may occur in a person's future. Tarot readings can help you explore particular areas in your life and get to the heart of the question. The Tarot deck is used as a tool to help a psychic reader. Much of the information is actually channelled from spirit, but the Tarot cards are a focal point to draw out the underlying issues and to help get to the heart of the problem during readings.
